In the membership website library, the user would find articles, downloadable templates and scripts, video and audio presentations that would be used in their coaching program. Approach:
The goal of the Advanced Learning Library website project was to communicate with current and prospective clients to drive membership conversions and capturing coaching leads.
With that in mind, the Discovery/Planning stage was essential to delivering a successful websitet. During this stage, we worked together to understand the complexity of the needs and goals. We evaluated the stated problem and explored solutions for how we would enhance the user experience and user interface design. We also determined strategy for functionality, CMS development, plug-in research, and client support after the site launch. We also reviewed competitive and related websites as a baseline to determine how best to market their messages and services.
During the Branding stage, name consulting services allowed us to brainstorm brand names for the 12-week Supernova coaching program. We also considered how we would design the site allow users to get badges, rankings, and “power user” titles to rate/review, promote, and contribute articles.
During the User Experience stage, we developed skeleton wireframes to visually explain how we proposed to re-organize the existing content and enhance the UX on all the site pages.
Using the existing website content, we offered wordsmithing services to allow us to make suggestions for improvements based on the key brand elements.
RESULTS:
With the launch of the members-only Supernova Advanced Learning Library, the client was able to communicate with current and prospective clients to drive membership conversions and capture coaching leads.
