About Me

Happy Monday is Kimberly Coles, an award-winning Creative Director, Graphic Designer, UX / UI Designer, Web Designer, and Illustrator with more than 25 years of advertising and marketing experience. Almost 10 years ago, I started Happy Monday, LLC., a creative firm specializing in branding, responsive web design, print design, and illustration. I’m known for being strategic and super efficient.

My work has been informed by experiences in print, television, direct, outdoor, tradeshow, brand identity systems, packaging, user experience, web, and interactive. I have been on both the client and agency sides leading multi-disciplinary teams and working with the strategic and creative process in developing brands across a variety of digital and traditional mediums. I also have previous experience growing interactive teams and development processes from the ground up at traditional and interactive advertising agencies. I know what it takes to get the right team in place.

I have worked with numerous local, national and international clients in various industries, such as Chase Freedom, Mitsubishi, Indiana University, and Delta Faucet Company to name a few. I have collaborated with more than 20 full-service agencies across the U.S. in cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, New York, Cleveland, Austin, Tuscon, Louisville, Indianapolis, etc.

For larger projects, I have a large network of outsource account managers, designers, developers, search marketers, and copywriters that I bring onboard for to get projects done on time and on budget.

I have a couple of furry co-workers, but they rarely clock time on their timesheets :)
