The See Yourself IN initiative, led by the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), was designed to connect young Hoosiers with career opportunities across five key industries: Agbioscience, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Technology, and more. The website aimed to educate, engage, and convert Gen Z users—whether college-bound or pursuing vocational paths—by providing resources, career insights, and direct connections to relevant programs.
I was brought in to optimize the website experience, ensuring that the platform was highly visual, mobile-friendly, and action-driven to effectively guide users through their career exploration journey.
Marketing Goals
Awareness: Educate users about the mission of See Yourself IN and the career opportunities available in Indiana.
Consideration: Engage users through interactive content—videos, podcasts, blogs, and industry insights.
Conversion: Collect user information via an interest form to connect them with relevant CICP programs.
