Illustration Friday: Wedding

I've been wanting to create a digitally illustrated scrapbook of our wedding photos and memorabilia. This is a photoshop illustration and image manipulation. We had a Scottish wedding with a bagpiper and a 'hand-faestung' ceremony. Handfasting is an ancient Celtic wedding ritual in which the couples’ hands are tied together with a ceremonial ribbon or cloth. The right hand page shows the original wedding invitation that I illustrated to look like a frame from the illuminated manuscript of the Book of Kells.
