Illustration Friday: Emergency

The most over-used word at an advertising agency is "emergency". I've decided I don't want to work at an agency any more. But, what to do... what to do? I want to work someplace where the appropriate amount of discovery, research, concepting, and planning is required before starting on designs. I just want to go someplace where I can hide from the word "emergency". Anybody know of a good place? Seriously... (Oil on canvas and Photoshop)
