Illustration Friday: Smoke

I did this canvas of a man smoking while I lived in Savannah. You have never lived until you've walked the fringes of Savannah with your camera and sketchbook. The languorous pace of life in Savannah is written in its landscape and its vibrant people. I took a photo of this man while cruising past shotgun houses and turned it into an oil painting.
