All payments are made to Happy Monday via PayPal. Please note that once a project scope has been approved and work has commenced, the fees are final and non-refundable, so we encourage you to ask all questions that you might have before purchasing and work begins.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE:

At the outset of the project, we will create a tentative timeline for design, feedback and approvals. Typically, the timeline for the Diamond Deluxe Package is 4-6 weeks.
