Party Invitation - Bug Scientist’s Specimen Box

For Liam's 3rd birthday party, I wanted to mimic nature’s decorations. Bugs have crept into our spring party theme. Other keywords include camping, great outdoors, picnic, woodland creatures, forest, and bears. I wanted to create a 3-D invitation this year. The invitations, tiny specimen boxes with slips of paper and plastic insects inside, resemble a bug scientist’s project. I sure wish my friends would take time to send invitations like this instead of pre-packaged cards from the card store.
